I’ll be at the Taste of Shetland Food Festival on Saturday and Sunday with my full range of herbal teas, herbal finishing salts and Elderberry & Echinacea syrup on sale.

I’ll also be running workshops on how to make a cough syrup from kitchen cupboard ingredients on the Saturday and Sunday.
